Which egg hatches Shark?

No egg is called the Shark Egg. Shark hatches from ordinary map eggs once your total Hatch Luck reaches its 1 in 900K figure, according to the luck model two guides describe. These eggs need the least ranch luck for it:

• Flaming Egg (1M luck): reachable with no ranch upgrades
• Dominus Egg (700K luck): ranch luck ×2
• Asteroid Egg (500K luck): ranch luck ×2
• Skull Egg (250K luck): ranch luck ×4
• Crystal Egg (150K luck): ranch luck ×6

Should you fuse Shark?

The Fuse Machine takes any four pets of Legendary rarity or higher, so Shark qualifies. Fusing it removes $400/s of base ranch income, more if it has a mutation or trait. Whether a fusion is worth it depends on the chance the preview shows for the pet you want; the calculator works that out.
