Which egg hatches Monkey?
No egg is called the Monkey Egg. Monkey hatches from ordinary map eggs once your total Hatch Luck reaches its 1 in 12B figure, according to the luck model two guides describe. These eggs need the least ranch luck for it:
Black Hole Egg (100B luck): reachable with no ranch upgrades
Bloom Egg (2B luck): ranch luck ×6
